How the Ordering Process Works
Ordering is done via WhatsApp. Browse the products on our website, decide what you want, and send us a message on WhatsApp with your order. We will confirm the details, give you the total price including delivery, and arrange delivery to your location.
Where We Deliver
We deliver across all Lebanese regions: Beirut, Mount Lebanon (including Metn, Keserwan, Chouf, and Aley), North Lebanon, South Lebanon, and the Bekaa Valley. Delivery times vary by region — most Beirut and Mount Lebanon orders arrive the same day or next day. Remote areas may take a day longer.
Payment Currency
We accept payment in both USD and LBP. The price shown on our website is in USD. If you are paying in LBP, we apply the current market rate. Ask us on WhatsApp and we will give you the LBP equivalent at the time of delivery.
What If I Want to Return Something?
We only carry authentic, sealed products with valid expiry dates. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately via WhatsApp and we will resolve it. We do not accept returns on opened supplements, as this is the standard across the industry for health products.
